Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CC-005912 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein APOLLO BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and YESENIA IVETTE NUNEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YESENIA IVETTE NUNEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1029E, Apollo Beach Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3913, Page 138 and all amendments thereto and according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 23, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A/K/A: 1029 Apollo Beach Blvd, Unit 3, Apollo Beach, FL 33572
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
