NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-025471, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DAISY L. AMORE A/K/A DAISY AMORE; ST CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; KENTON AMORE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 OF ST. CHARLES PLACE PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGES 109 AND 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
