NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003893, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH J. BLICK; DISCOVER BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; HUNTINGTON AT SUN CITY CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 22, HUNTINGTON CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 98, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11814, PAGE 0929, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND SUPPLEMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12380, PAGE 1974, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
