NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2013-CA-003471 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and BETTY CORRIVEAU; ROBERT W. CORRIVEAU, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 605.1 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN EAST 90 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET, WEST 90 FEET, NORTH 100 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
