NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-017239 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and DOMINGO S. SANCHEZ, GRISELDA S SANCHEZ, HAMILTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WACHOVIA BANK N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 48, HAMILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
