NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-014644 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-2 is Plaintiff and OLAWALE OYEGUNLE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLAWALE OYEGUNLE , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence West 83 feet for a point of beginning thence North 120 feet, West 60 feet, South 120 feet, East 60 feet to the point of beginning, less the South 15 feet thereof for right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
