NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-12233 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, DONA-ROSE PAPPAS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 15, EAST ROSELAWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
