NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 522010CA012599XXCICI in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, JEFFREY SUTTON, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described property:
PART OF LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 81, REVISED PLAT OF CRYSTAL BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8 OF SAID BLOCK 81, AND RUN THENCE WEST (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF AVERY AVENUE 60.00 FEET TO A POINT 10 FEET WEST OF THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 03 DEGREES 31`42” EAST 117.00 FEET ALONG A LINE 10 FEET WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 7; THENCE WEST 70 FEET TO A POINT 30 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 05`54” WEST 116.78 FEET TO A POINT 23 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE EAST 63.00 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF AVERY AVENUE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
