NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 21, 2013 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2014, the following property described below, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
