NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000303 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Chase Home Finance LLC, is the Plaintiff and Robert Tuell, Envoy Point Condominium Association, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Chantal Tuell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
INCLUDING PH-5, ENVOY POINT WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, AND SPECIAL PARKING SPACE NUMBER 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 1 THROUGH 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUMM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES83 THROUGH 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA WITHT HE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED TO SAID DECLARATION AND BY REFERENCE MADE A PART THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4554, PAGES 1356 THROUGH 1449, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R.
