NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-001796-CI-007 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION as servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta is the Plaintiff and Adrian G. Zenker, Veronica Budino, Wexford Lease Homeowners Association, Inc., Randall Ososki and Nick Bilacic are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on MARCH 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 89, WEXFORD LEAS, UNIT 6-C, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 12 and 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
