That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 4, Southwest Wing, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT SIXTY-NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 90, Pages 110 through 114, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6198, Pages 154 through 186, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. And more commonly described as 2292 Costa Rican Drive, # 4, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
