NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2012-CA-8885 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 60, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64, Public Records of Pinella County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on February 17, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
