NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-001058-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as indenture trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-4 Asset Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer B. Arnold, Pegi A. Goff, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., State of Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 86, DUNEDIN PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15,PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
