NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, and entered in Case Number 13-5181-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which, Thomas G. Hersem is the Plaintiff and Thomas L. Keitges, United States of America, Gulf Coast Assistance, LLC, RJM Acquisitions, LLC, and Capital One Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Starting from the Northwest corner of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, Run South 89 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East along the 40 acre line, 876.10 feet; thence, South 01 degree 15 minutes 15 seconds West, 148.83 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence, South 89 degrees 03 minutes 34 seconds East, 210.00 feet; thence South 01 degree 16 minutes 11 seconds West, 80.41 feet; thence North 89 degrees 04 minutes 16 seconds West, 209.98 feet; thence, North 01 degree 15 minutes 15 seconds East, 80.45 feet to the Point of Beginning
