NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 21, 2013, both entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009907, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. TRUST 2006-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5 is Plaintiff and MITCHELL WILLIAMS A/K/A MITCHELL D.
