AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3 is Plaintiff and DAVID E. CAIRNS; VALERIE A. SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER MIN NO. 100015700064981083; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15 AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BAYSHORE DRIVE AS PER PLAT (A.K.A BAHAMA SHORES DRIVE SOUTH) RUN S 75 DEGREES 18'51” E ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 15 A DISTANCE OF 220.12 FEET TO THE WATERS OF TAMPA BAY, THENCE RUN N 10 DEGREES 43'47” E ALONG THE WATERS OF TAMPA BAY FOR A DISTANCE OF 77.90 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 15 AS PER PLAT; THENCE RUN N 69 DEGREES 21'22” W ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 15 FOR A DISTANCE OF 209.10 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15 AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF BAYSHORE DRIVE (A.K.A. BAHAMA SHORES DRIVE SOUTH) SAID POINT BEING ON AN ARC OF A CURVE (SAID CURVE BEING CONCAVED TO THE SOUTH AND WEST) THENCE RUN ALONG SAID CURVE (SAID CURVE HAVING FOR ITS ELEMENTS A RADIUS OF 391.70 FEET A CHORD BEARING OF S 17 DEGREES 53'50” W (PLAT), S 18 DEGREES 39'53” W (FIELD), A CHORD DISTANCE OF 99.73 FEET (PLAT), 99.65 FEET (FIELD) FOR AN ARC DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
