NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order entered Nov. 19, 2013, in Case Number 52-2012-CA-000802-CI in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 69, CHATTAM LANDING PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE(S) 73 TO 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “PROPERTY”).
TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR RIGHTS, MEMBERS, HEREDITAMENTS, AND APPURTENANCES BELONGING OR IN ANY WAY INCIDENT OR APPERTAINING THERETO; ALL IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED THEREON; AND ALL FIXTURES ATTACHED THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH ALL RENTS AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE PROPERTY.
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of January, 2014.
