Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 70, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF - UNIT FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 54 THROUGH 62, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3773, PAGE 95 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3554 98TH AVE, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
