UNIT NO. 405, BUILDING NO. 4, OF VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 200 COUNTRY CLUB DR APT 405, LARGO, FL 33771; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
