NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007441 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, NationalAssociation as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-ThroughCertificates, Series 2005-AR13, is the Plaintiff and Gloria A. Pion, Itopia Private Residences Condominium Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
