NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-004153-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and BRENDA A. WYRICK; SEA SHELL OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ALL MIGHTY ROOFING SERVICES, INC.; D'ANDREA ELECTRIC, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A HOLLY RIVERA; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 31, SEA SHELL OF INDIAN SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 101, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5102, PAGE 128, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
