INVITATION TO BID
TO: ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until January 23, 2014 @ 3:00 P.M. and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:

Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment Required for Construction of:

Maintenance & Repair, Pipeline Services - Storm Sewer

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The engineering estimate for this project is $7,200,000.00 ($2,400,000.00 annually).

This Invitation to Bid requires a two-step process for vendors not already pre-qualified in Water and Sanitary Sewer or Road, Street and Storm Sewer for $2,400,000.00 with Pinellas County, or a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) equivalent. Interested vendors must complete the Vendor Reference Forms, found in Section D, pages 19 - 22, provide licensing requirements and information requested in Section D, pages 23-24, and submit in a sealed envelope by January 7, 2014 by 3:00 P.M. to Purchasing Department, 400 S. Ft Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida 33756. Qualified vendors will be notified via Addendum. Sealed bids are then due back by the date and time specified. Only vendors who successfully qualify or are already prequalified in Water and Sanitary Sewer or Road, Street and Storm Sewer with Pinellas County, or an FDOT equivalent, are eligible for consideration of bid award.
