NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-018455-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and INGO GROSS A/K/A INGO B. GROSS; DAPHNE GROSS A/K/A DAPHNE P. GROSS A/K/A DAPHNE PHYLLIS GROSS; LA COSTA BRAVA LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 15-160, LA COSTA BRAVA LAKESIDE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 7567, PAGE 2757, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
