NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-9123-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN GONZALEZ; CALLIE M LAURY; STAR TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; REGIONS FINANCIAL CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANCORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/07/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
