NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002448-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-5 Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Blanca Hincapie, Falcon Trace Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
