NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-1961 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Rufus L. Elliot, Jr.; Rebecca E. Elliot; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, SYLVAN HYLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
