NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011860-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Douglas A. Leighton; Unknown Spouse of Douglas A. Leighton; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Andover Cay Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, ANDOVER CAY - PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
