CORP, TRUSTEE OF THE BAY PORT 7625 LAND TRUST; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/06/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 53 OF PHASE 35 (BUILDING NO. 14), PHILLIPS BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5674, PAGE 2554, AND AMENDMENT THERETO FOR THE ABOVE IDENTIFIED PHASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5943, PAGE 4994, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL SUBSEQUENT RECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ALL RECORDED EXHIBITS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
