NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-011722-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and HALEY NOTT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HALEY NOTT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; INDEPENDENCE TOWNHOMES I ASSOCIATION, INC.; INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
