NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48 2013 CA 000243 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GUSTAVO VARGAS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUSTAVO VARGAS; MONICA SANCHEZ A/K/A MONICA FERNANDA SANCHEZ A/KA MONICA F.
