LANDIS N/K/A GEORGE HASS; DONNA FRANTZ-REYNOLDS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; CARLTON WOODS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/15/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
