NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-017843-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 16th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 100.0 FEET OF THE EAST 214.0 FEET OF THE WEST 352.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 150.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 247.5 FEET OF LOT I, SPHALERS RESUBDIVISION OF SPHALERS ADDITION TO TAFT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK F, PAGE 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA (PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NO. 36-23-29-8232-09-003).

SOUTH 97.5 FEET OF THE EAST 100.0 FEET OFF THE NORTH 247.5 FEET OF THE WEST 238.0 FEET OF LOT I, SPHALERS RESUBDIVISION OF SPHALERS ADDITION TO TAFT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK F, PAGE 127, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA (PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NO. 36-23-29-8232-09-015.)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
