NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CC 009450, in the County Court of Orange County, Florida, Colleen M. Reilly, Interim Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. or as soon as possible thereafter on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following personal property in Orange County, Florida, described as:
a 2008 FLEET (doublewide) mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers FLFL770A33647TX21 and FLFL770B33647TX21 located at 813 Woodview Drive, Apopka, Florida 32712
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
