NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Dec. 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12001445CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for Rasc 2002KS8 was the Plaintiff and DAPHNE GIL, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4298, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 4A THRU 4G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
