NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 5, 2013 and and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-000206 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH J FANTIN; JEFFREY L FANTIN A/K/A JEFFREY LEE FANTIN; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
