NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2009 CA 001698 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 9th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE Q A/K/A GREENBROOK TRAILS, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 125 TO 129, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
