Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2013 CA 000849, on December 3, 2013, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.,is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is SABRINA K. MCFERN A/K/A SABRINA KELLY MCFERN A/K/A SABRINA MCFERN; et al. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 24, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A & 5B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 195, OF THE Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
