Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2013 CC 3163, on December 11, 2013, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is GARY DUNHAM. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 152, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6A & 6B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 7 through 14 inclusive, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
