SERAFINE; FIRST FEDERAL BANK OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, the successor of interest to FLAGSHIP NATIONAL BANK; TARZAN TREE & LANDSCAPING, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 14, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 19, RIVER PLACE, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 173, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
