NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2008-CA-011113 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and LAZARO RAMIREZ MEDINA; MARIA DE JESUS PASTRANA MEDINA; JOHN DOE 1 N/K/A JESUS PEREZ, JANE DOE 1 N/K/A PAULA LUCAS, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of January, 2014 , the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 38 FEET OF LOT 212 AND THE WEST 150 FEET OF LOT 224 OF THE GILLEY AND PATTEN'S THIRD ADDITION TO EDGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 306, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
