NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 007939, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR9 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and KENNETH DEMME; CYNTHIA DEMME; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; 6TH AVENUE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT6, OF 6TH AVENUE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1634, PAGE 6620, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
