NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-007673 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AR6, Plaintiff and Gonzella Hollaway are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, OF APOLLO PARK, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
