NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000306 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and Robert A. Cambra II a/k/a Robert A. Cambra a/k/a R. A. Cambra II are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 69, GATES CREEK UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 94 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
