NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-009174, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, SERIES 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff, and, GREGORY A. MANN; ARIAS P. VALLADARES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 8 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
