notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-007700-CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, National Association, Successor In Interest To National City Real Estate Services, LLC, Successor By Merger To National City Mortgage, Inc., f/k/a National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff, and SHAWN R. BOWEN a/k/a SHAWN BOWEN, et al, are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, FL at 11:00 A.M. on January 8, 2014, the following described property situated in Collier County, as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE EAST 75' OF TRACT N0.72, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
