Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on October 30, 2013, in Case No. 2008-CA-009972 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which Keith Miller a/k/a Keith C. Miller, Unknown Spouse of Keith Miller a/k/a Keith C. Miller; National City Bank; Unknown Persons in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, on January 29, 2014, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a foreclosure sale conducted at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit
Lot 1, Block 11, Royal Harbor, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 56, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the recording of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
