NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, entered in Case No. 112008CA0090160001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006 FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and R. Dave Dimond; Connie Jo Dimond; Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples , FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 8, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
