NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 1, 2013, in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002097 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Christopher M. Cioffi a/k/a Chris M. Cioffi, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor LOBBY of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, Naples, FL at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 29 day of JANUARY, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 1/2 of Tract 34, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 35, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 85, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
