NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Defendant's Agreed order Emergency Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000816 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 5 day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, SORRENTO GARDENS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
